Our Facilities

The facilities of The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy rank amongst the finest in the world and are complemented with exceptional resources.

 A key aspect of the Academy is the spacious and inviting library. The library is used to encourage students under the supervision of a qualified teacher-librarian to do research and to pursue information for projects and classroom assignments. The library has an extensive collection of books, magazines, CD-ROM's and videos in both English and Arabic to encourage curricular and extra-curricular reading. The library is also equipped with computers to be used by students to develop their technology skills and to do research under supervision. 

The library acts as a learning resource center and is a focal area in which students study, work on individual and group projects, and pursue their own academic interests using our resources.

A swimming pool and full sized gymnasium are utilized to provide a comprehensive Physical Education program both curricular and extra-curricular. The school has an indoor swimming pool that is used to teach the students to swim. The gymnasium is equipped to provide physical education programs to suit the interests and abilities of every student.

The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy has a fully equipped cooking room as well as a prayer room and Islamic Studies room. These will ensure that students receive instruction in these subjects in modern facilities.

There is a theatre for student and parent assemblies. The theatre is used to invite special speakers to address larger groups of students and the staff. The grounds at the school house playing fields and tennis courts.

The bright, comfortable dining room is the place for students to enjoy light snacks, hot meals, salads, healthy and nutritious refreshments, and the company of their friends.

Elementary School

The new primary school building at the Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls is a welcome addition to the school’s state-of the-art facilities.  Thanks to the hard work and long hours spent by the primary school staff, the building has become a home for quality education. 

The displays of artwork, the vibrant rotunda, and the well-decorated classrooms all work together to create a positive learning environment for the students.  They have access to excellent resources in their own library and computer laboratory.  In order to encourage physical activity, the primary school students also have their own playground and multipurpose hall.
