Education

The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy has a unique educational program combining the rich history, culture, and traditions represented in the curriculum of the United Arab Emirates, with an American style academic curriculum. Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Studies, and History & Civics are taught in the Arabic language, in accordance with the specifications of the UAE Ministry of Education.   

The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy provides a holistic education that extends beyond the classroom to embrace a wide range of extra curricular activities.  Activities will include sports, arts and crafts and exploratory excursions that provide a well-rounded experience and development of student potential.  Significant emphasis will also be placed on the development of social skills, preparing students to take on leading roles in the community and society.  Leadership skills, a variety of languages and etiquette classes will also be available. 

Exploration, innovative problem solving, independent expression and decision-making are actively encouraged. Students become informed, confident and active learners with a strong sense of self.
