Please note: The school will require a deposit of 5000 AED.  This is deductible from the annual tuition fee on a pro-rated basis

The above fees include:
• Tuition
• Use of Textbooks
• Supplies
• Meals for students (Snack -KG1&2, Breakfast and Lunch - Grades 1-12)
• Health Insurance coverage whilst on school premises inside the school.

Fees do not include:
• Uniforms and transportation
• Laptop (Grades 8-12) - which must be purchased through the school

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships are now available for girls who qualify in Grades 7-10.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Please direct all payments to the Accounts Department by Cash or Cheque drawn in favour of The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy

FEES REGULATIONS
Payment of fees must be completed by the following dates. Failure to do so may result in loss of the student’s place in the school.
1st Installment        By 31 August 2010 
2nd Installment       By 12 December 2010            

For new students, a deposit of AED 5,000 must be paid within a week of receiving the acceptance letter from school. 

For existing students to secure a seat for the new academic year, a deposit of AED 5,000 is due by 1st April 2010.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
If a student wishes to withdraw before 31 May 2010, all fees pertaining to the new academic year will be refunded less AED 2,500. If a student requests to withdraw from the Academy before the first day of school, all fees will be refunded except for re-enrolment/registration deposit (AED 5,000).

If a student requests to withdraw from the academy during the first month of school, the following will apply:
• Payment against uniforms will not be refunded
• The tuition fee for the First term will be refundable after deducting the period of the student’s attendance at SZPA

Any request for withdrawal after the first month of the academic year, the first term tuition fee will not be refunded. Tuition fees for the second term will be completely refunded.

If a student requests to withdraw from the Academy after second installment due date (12th Dec 2010), no refund of fees will be made.
